Nkem Paul Anuaobong
Nkem Paul Anuaobong is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Precon Nigeria Limited, a dynamic engineering and construction company established in December 2017 with a commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality, and sustainable construction solutions across Nigeria.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Nkem has built a reputation for excellence in the construction industry through his technical expertise, strategic leadership, and unwavering commitment to quality. His experience spans the successful execution of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects, earning the confidence of both private clients and leading corporate organizations.
Nkem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt and a Higher National Diploma from Yaba College of Technology. He is also a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and adherence to the highest engineering standards.
His areas of expertise include Civil and Structural Engineering, Project Management, Interior Fit-out, Procurement, Facility Management, and Design & Build. Under his leadership, Precon Nigeria Limited has successfully delivered numerous private developments and executed projects for reputable organizations, including Dangote Group and Leadway Assurance, among other distinguished clients.
