Nkem Paul A
Nkem Paul A is a visionary leader and registered architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the Nigerian construction industry. He founded Precon Nigeria Limited in 2017 with an audacious mission: to deliver world-class construction services from the heart of Nigeria.
Under his stewardship, the firm has grown from a two-man consultancy to a formidable 120-person organisation managing multi-billion naira projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors. His technical rigour is matched only by his passion for developing local talent — he personally mentors young architects through the company's graduate trainee programme.
